Our location

Villa Michelle is located in Pakoštane in Zadar County in the center of the Adriatic from a geographical perspective. The micro location that exceptionally elevates our facility, and with which we would like to attract you is the position itself on the part of 1 km wide land area between the Adriatic Sea and Vrana Lake , the largest freshwater lake in Croatia. This destination within a radius of 100 kilometers is surrounded by four national parks, three nature parks and one protected ornithological reserve where as many as 102 bird species nest.

Pakoštane

Pakoštane is 30 kilometers away from Zadar (the same distance to the local airport), 45 kilometers from Šibenik and about 130 kilometers from Split, the largest dalmatian city. All these cities are under the UNESCO protection due to their extremely valuable cultural heritage.

Villa Michelle

Villa Michelle is a family house in which we breathed a touch of luxury this year by building a swimming pool, a beach and accompanying facilities that will make your stay exactly as you have imagined it. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a kitchen, dinning room, living room and a bathroom on the ground floor. There is also an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is a large terrace for maximum relaxation during your stay.

Outdoors and parking

We also offer two parking spaces for your cars, one of them covered and the other one in the shade. The yard is protected by automatic doors. In the yard, there is also a beautiful fireplace where you can prepare fish specialties of the local fishermen. Beaches and places for going out are at the distance that can be easily crossed on foot without using a car, yet far enough from the summer bustle, so that we can guarantee peaceful and relaxing moments in the house.

Information about Villa

The total living area of Villa Michelle is 150 square meters, so for the optimal stay we recommend 6+1 people. The distance of the villa from the sea is 800 m, and the villa is located 35 m above the sea level. Sitting on the balconies, you can look at the sea and listen to the sounds of the summer nights or simply look at the starry sky, which is extremely bright during the summer.

The house has free wireless internet, the house is air-conditioned and you can use a washing machine any time you need. Pets are also allowed, of course while adhering to the house rules on keeping them in the house.
